It's a reenactment rifle, it fires small caps similar to the ones you get in toy shops but, obviously, more powerful. The barrel is blocked so they are legal but they're nothing more than a demonstration piece.

Comon, there must be a way to bore it out to fit an airsoft barrel in....comon dex, you're the engineer!

If you want to pay for the costs of getting one of those rifles in, boring out the entire inside, fitting a new barrel assembly, devising a way of splitting the cast body in two parts and hollowing it out without compromising the structural integerity to accomodate a motor, gearbox, hop and wiring, not to mention doing a major job on the stock to accomodate a battery, I'll do it. But it'll cost an unholy fortune to get me to do it because it isn't even remotely close to being an easy job.

plus tokyohobby have a bad reputation for their stock levels and probably dont even have it in stock

the problem with these replicas is that there are weak spots for want of a better word fabricated in the barrels and actions specificall for those looking to convert them to anything other than they were originally intended to do.
