Converting iTunes music for Nokia phone

Pretty much as the title suggests, I have bought a song from iTunes and I really need to put it on a mobile but can't get it to convert to an mp3, lots of "free" software to convert it but so far none of it has worked. Any decent programs available that will actually do the job? Thanks!
