Getting into Kitesurfing

    Im a Have never kite surfed before but would love to get into it I live in the Dollymount area and wonderd was there any kite surfing schools around?? what are the prices of starter courses?? and how much would you expect to pay for gear if i Was eventually to buy??

    Pure Magic Kitesurfing do most of their teaching either in Dollymount or Sutton.

    Equipment, depends on whether you go brand new or second hand. It is strongly recommended that you have lessons before you buy equipment. Brand new probably around 1500E or some more depending on what you buy.

    On gear,My advice is to try all the schools gear see what kites you liks then go and buy some rather than spending money on kites you dont like.
    Insurance 60
    Harness 100
    Board 400+
    Kites 2000+ (9m,12m,16m)

    Now the above would be all new gear, you can buy 2nd hand and its what i would advice you to do for your first few kites.
