Anyone have any good sandwich combinations for the deli? A friend told me of his creation, the "Rosemary" with coleslaw, ham, lettuce, tomato and swiss cheese. It went down well. Any others?

I like chicken, rocket, red onion and mayo. I find the simpler sambo's normally work best.

Tuna, red pepper and lettuce

Turkey, swiss cheese, ballymaloe relish, lettuce and onion

Peanutbutter and jelly - that should go down a bomb in a deli:D
