Well id also know human interaction with the sahel but if you have a LOT of stuff on california go for it.

    Its a very likely question

I'm bit out of the loop, never put much effort into geoecology. It's all coming back to me now.
What are we guaranteed as a question?
    A question on Biomes?

Can ya not just talk about deserts in general rather than a named example such as the Sahel....Like can you talk about a variety of deserts?

Thats what Im trying to figure out but no-one is replying.
My advice is learn two contrasting soils, aridsols and brown soils. Easy and can be used in a desert biome question if you dont need it as a whole question.
