How can I get free texts with prepay Meteor?

    Hey folks,

    Just wondering if anyone can gimme a hand here

    Pretty much ALL of my mates seem to be able to text at least Meteor to Meteor for free, but I have to pay!

    As far as I can recall, if you registered with Meteor before a certain date (about 20 years ago!), you got free texts for life. Is that the only way people get free texts?

    Anybody know of another way to get them? Cheers

    ps. I'm not talking about web texts, and I know you can get apps for using those from your phone, but still not what I'm after :(

    to get the free texts you have to send "free texts" to 50104 to register for the service and then top up by €20 every 30 days to keep the offer active

    i think the text command has changed to "free sms". it appears so on the new flyers anyway, i didnt really read it extensively

    My sister had the exact same problem!! She just rang the meteor helpline and they done it all for her! [The free txts are just meteor to meteor btw]:D
