Room to Let in Wellpark

Hey...Does anybody know of anyone looking for somewhere to live in the Wellpark Area. Have a double room to rent...€380 a month. THe landlord is sound and doesnt even live in the same county and its close to the G and Eyecinema. Male or Female under the age of 35. I'm good to live with. Like my music, Like my gigs, to have a bit of fun. I'm 28 and Female but male or female flatmates don't bother me. Its a nice apartment etc...

Seems a bit pricy compared to what is on daft.ie

No its all the same prices on Daft for this area. It a nice place and thats what we have been paying the last year...its just the other person is moving to another county and i don't really want to move...so here i am.
