I have worked for the same company for the last 5 years. I started in Finance then moved to Project Managment / IT Admin. I am now back doing a Finance/IT role. I have a job spec in my hand for a job that seems to incorporate all these roles. The question is do I break up each role i.e talk about my Finance role I did first then my PM/IT and finally Fin/IT or I just put down start date to now, list all 3 roles and outline roles?

I would seperate the roles as if they were seperate jobs. If anything, it'll be easier to read.

Put the company name as usual, then underneath list the dates and job title for each separate role - no need to re-type the company name.

This way will highlight that you moved around the company/got promoted which always looks good :)
