Contacting RyanAir - Phone number difficulties

I'm desperately trying to contact Ryanair, as I need to make a change to my baggage type. I specified hand-luggage only, but now I would like to check one bag.

I have tried calling the numbers on the website "Ireland 0818 30 30 30" and "Great Britain 0871 246 0000". The Ireland number prompts me to call 1570 22 44 99. When I try call it, I get "number restricted" (I have tried calling from a landline and mobile with the same result)

The Great Britain number responds with "The number does not exist". Just to confirm this, I asked a friend in London to call, and he got the same result.

Does anyone else know how I can contact the call centre in order to process my baggage request? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

ahh thats a great idea, I'll ring the airport and see if they can help.

It says on the Ryanair website that one must make changes prior to the flight, and chanegs can be made up to 4 hours before the flight, and seeing that I'm leaving at 6am, doing it at the airport isnt really an option. (Would have to be there around 2am at the latest? Crazy)

Anyway, thanks for your prompt and very logical response, I'll post back my results.

You can add bags in the airport (for twice the price) at normal checkin time. You don't need to be there 4 hours before. But easiest option is to change the booking online.

Heard before on Boards that if you want to avoid ringing their premium number then 01-2497791 will get you thru'.

That said Ive never had the need to try it, I just saved it to my phone in case the situation ever arises.
