In this day and age of social media I've often thought about throwing together a website for people travelling to locales they're not familiar with.

When photographing abroad this summer it'd be cool to have a website to go onto with some kind of Google Maps integration that showed me what areas to go to get some killer snaps in. Like, I don't know, local advice like if you drive out X road you'll get some great photos. Stuff that they don't put in the guidebooks.

Now I know I'd also be against the idea of everyone ending up with the same pictures as everyone else, but if you were telling someone coming to Dublin where to go to get some photos to capture the spirit of the city, where would you tell them to go?

Whadyya all think? Just a notion that's been flitting around my head for a while...
