    Victor Estima back in Belfast........!!!!

    Great news.....top Gracie Barra Black Belt Victor Estima will be back with us on Fri 20th and Sat 21st June!! Fresh from competing in the mundials, Victor will take two traning sessions: -

    Fri 20th, Valley Leisure ctr, squash court - 7:30pm - 9:30pm (cost £10)
    Sat 21st, Valley leisure ctr, Hall 1, at 2pm - 4pm (also £10)

    Those of you who were at his last training sessions will already know how good he is. Victor is now in the top 5 in the world at his weight and his technique is simply awsome. Do not miss these classes.

    Classes are open to anyone to come and train with us. :D

    ola,

    Will this be strictly gi seminar only?

    Or will there be no gi practicioners in attendance also?

    The seminar will be gi based. As always, guys turn up without the gi and it's not usually a problem.

    Without appearing to be bias I think £20 for two sessions is a bargain, especially as Victor is such a good teacher.

    Im not in possession of a gi and have never actually woren one training and this is y i ask.

    i wouldnt want to turn up with no gi and seem disrepectful to the instructor if that is infact what he expects his student to wear.

    But if some train without a gi that would be great! Just want to make sure that he wouldnt mind..
