    Hi.
    Just wondering has anyone got one and have a problem with the battery life on it. It is possibly the worst I have come across on any phone bar the n-gage.

    The battery lasts me less than a day with very little use and if I use the bluetooth or make any calls it decreases dramatically. Really getting on my nerves as apart from this the phone is excellent.

    Just looking to see if anyone has had the same problems?

    I get about a day and a half with maybe 5 mins of calls and 2 email accounts checking every 30 mins. Also about maybe an hours web browsing.

    1-2 days is about right even with little usage.

    Get one of these and keep it charged at work :)

    Im getting three to four days at least with mine. Id use the phone a fair amount a day with texts, calls and some music, best battery ive ever had on a phone tbh!

    recently got my e51 free on an upgrade with vodafone..v disapointed with it..when i press the menu button screen sometimes doesnt come up, obviously problem with the specific handset but i also dont like the lack of option of 'recently used' number when sending texts

    I'm on my second (after dropping my first into a sink) and battery life on both was/is superb. I've two friends with vodafone models and both report issues regarding stability and have the exact same problem as Underwater, all meteor models seem fine. I do miss the recently used feature on my old 6233.


    To pyramuid man - Are you leaving wifi scanning on?

    If you're not using it for data or video call try setting the network mode to GSM rather then dual mode as well. Bluetooth off and wlan scanning off. I assume it's not connecting to get emails etc on any type of schedule?
