    Cool.
How do you find the OCD pedal?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 829 ✭✭✭MattKid

Carbon copy is great, I leave it on set for an ambient type sound as my amp has no reverb.

The OCD is killer, really good uncompressed gritty overdrive, I was disappointed at how smooth and compressed the BB+ is compared to it, but the bb+ is great as a boost and stacked with the OCD

now start patching it up and make it all messy and wirey!

whats the BB plus? is it like a bigger version of the Bb preamp?

    Yeah

Side B has got more tonal options than side A,

you can choose if you want B into A or A into B hard or soft compression.

    So quite a versatile pedal

There's a voodoo Pedal Power 2+ hiding under the riser.

I've only got cheap patch cables until I can get a lavacable patch kit.

REally need to find the Velcro for them in Galway

Is there a Hickeys fabric shop in galway?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,291 ✭✭✭-=al=-

they sell rolls of it in homebase or b&Q or atlantic homecare, any hardware typa place, u only need a little bit for the pedals, dont overdo the velcro, often enough the glue is less strong than the velcro

theres some cheap gearoge l's cable kits on ebay for 50eu, mad cheap

There are two Hickeys in Galway they might do it. Give them a call.

Where'd you get the board Matt? :)

    www.nycpedalboards.com

Mine is the Pedalhead, cost $271 inc shipping with a E48ish charge this end.

So nice to be able to just put it on the floor open it up and plug a couple cables in.
Plus it looks cool as hell.

~Managed to get 3M velcro in Woodies.

Cheers. I'll have to take some measurements of my pedals but that looks like it would do.

I looked at them but they don't do risers and I really didn't want to have to be carefull activating a pedal on the 2nd row

get a piece of timber in woodies, and a roll of grey/black cabinet carpet for maplin and you'll knock up a riser in a couple of hours
