    Hi Guys,

    Im currently at the stage where I am putting in a kitchen into a new build.

    The kitchen style will be shapped like the folllowing. (w = window)
    _1__  w  ____2

    |     |    |
    -----      |3

    Orignally I was planning to put the hob in position 1 above but now im reconsidering!

    New thoughts on the hob, is the put it in position 2 at the corner, but im not sure what clearing I need both sides of the corner to put one in.

    If I put hob in 2 then I can put tall fridge at 1 and tall oven at 3.


    Other thoughts were to put the hob on the island and get an island extractor fan. As in a down draft system. Cant put in over head one as provision not made.

    Hmm any thoughts!:)

    if you put the hob in the corner you will need 1050mm each way for the base units,this fits a 600 drawer unit(45* angle) with 2 fillers each side to avoid doors each side.if you use a timber canopy you will need 900mm wide space each way on the wall.these sizes can be played around with if you get a kitchen made to order
