probs with .Mac and Mail?

Anyone else having problems tonight (Monday late/Tuesday early) with Mail and .Mac? Mine is very flaky with timeouts and general crapness. Hugh 10.5.3 etc

well its about to undergo a major overhaul apparently so that could be something to do with it

Yep, same here.

Have to log-on through .Mac web page to get emails but strangely the iPhone gets the emails through the same home wifi network.

Big things are-a-happening in the run up to next Tuesday.

Had a bundle of mails come into me this morning back dated so evidentally there was some servicing done to the system.

It always seemed like an overpriced service to me anyway. Most of the things it does, you can do for free with third party web apps.

I'm interested to see what they have planned for it though.
