    Hi all,
Going building 4100 square ft house over 3 storeys i intend putting underfloor heating on the ground and first floor with a Heat recovery sytem through out. The house will be highly insulated aiming to achieve a U-value on walls of 0.14, 0.9 in the roof and 0.17 on the ground floor.I am completely stuck on a heating sytem!Had geothermal in mind but have heard alot of horror storys on the size of esb bills especially. Is geothermal the way to go at all, Can anyone give some advise pls.
