    Hi all

I'm doing a part time marketing course at the moment and looking for some ideas for an assignment i'm working on at the moment.

The question is to suggest ways you would successfully and easily implement marketing strategies

    Any ideas would be great

    thanx

Project Management / Client Updates / Milestones / Reviews / Projection etc.

But if you're looking for a bitsize method it would be clearly defined steps to meet project completition.

Stuff like documenting a who does what and how and how it has an effect at each step, utilising tools like Gantt charts and maybe even web tools like BaseCamp

It depends, the question is a little loose though

Isn't franchising a way of successfully and easily implementing marketing strategies?

Maybe base it on a franchise?
