Hi, coming close to the Math exam, just a quick Q.
For ordinary level maths, would you have to use the proper terminology, e.g. for Differentiation, would you have to say for acceleration, d2s/dt2?
Theres several other ones on the paper also, e.g. statistics.
If anyone could answer my question it would be great.
    Thanks

    hi pjjk90,

I'm sure that if in your exam you left it easy for the examiner to follow your thinking, it wouldn't matter if you called acceleration d2s/dt2 or something else, just as long as you were being clear.

Thanks, see I know how to do them, and I do them in stages, I just thought maybe you'd lose marks for incorrect terminanology. I just can't remember what to put down, and where to put it! Thanks again cinneide
