I have never had the pleasure/displeasure of mustard but it comes in bottles like ketchup so is it just like a yellow version of heinz's best?

Ketchup and Mustard in equal measures. Go for the good stuff out of a jar. Colemans. You got to feel the sinus burn or else you are doing something wrong.
