Paddy, just to check, are you renting the apartment out to a group of people/one person, or are you just renting a room out to a lodger?

If the latter, leases aren't applicable.

Victor, I got it from a law firm. Better you give it a look and if you think it is suitable for others, you can upload it for others to download.
