Getting from Dublin to Newquay - best options?

Has anyone done this trip? Any suggestions for the best options?

eg Fly Dublin to Stansted, and then Stansted to Newquay

    or

Fly Dublin to Bristol, then train to Newquay?

I wouldn't mind a train trip of a couple of hours (but not much more than that) so if you have any other routes to suggest I'd be grateful.

    Thanks!

www.airsouthwest.com - Air Southwest do direct Dublin to Newquay flights - might be more expensive, but it would be more convenient.

You can fly from with Ryanair from London Stansted to Newquay. The airport is a little bit out of the town itself though. Make sure you go during the summer, you'll have a great time.

Whenever i do this trip i fly Dublin - Bristol then hire a car to get to Cornwall.
Still works out cheaper than the direct flight to Newquay.

Although it might be a little more out of your way, Air Southwest also fly from Cork-Newquay. A random search of dates in July would suggest that the Cork flights are that bit cheaper also.
From what I hear Air Southwest are a very professional little airline.
