I've wrote this children's book that's (even though I'm Irish) very British. Would Irish publishing houses still publish it?
Does anyone have the email addresses of reputable Irish literary agents?

I hope the grammar in the book is better than in this post ;)

Why don't you send it to UK publishers and agents? It won't bother them that you're Irish.

Get hold of the Writers and Artists Yearbook for agents' and publishers' details.

What exactly do you mean by very British?

I would imagine so - considering there's a more lucrative market across the foam.
Also, what Rockbeer said. Incidentally the Writer's Handbook has a list of Publishers for the UK, Ireland, The Commonwealth, and the US, so assuming it's written in English that's got all your bases. Perhaps the W&A Yearbook has too, I'm not sure though, as I haven't got a copy of that.
