Where to get a NDSTT card quickly

I recently bought a NDSTT card off dealextreme, which i never received and was for some reason sent back to the sender. So i am now in need of getting one very quickly as im going away soon. So if anyone knows of a way of getting one extra fast or if anyone has one they are willing to sell that would be extremely helpful.
