small problem

folks i am trying to update my web site via a mate... the problem is i dont know the hostin password or the FTP password any more.... how do i find out who i ma hosted registered with etc etc and also my FTP password and any other passwrd i might need... do i go on domain.com and look there web site is below thanks paddy

It's hosted on a windows server at Register365.ie .. how you get your password back will depend on them (they might have a security question to ask you, or might email a pre-registered email address, etc.).
