NTL - At the races and RTE2 missing

Having some issues lately with channels going missing on the NTL, both at the races, RTE 2 and channel 4 racing are gone off the TV, anyone any idea's.

Press help and the yellow button to reset the box. That normally fixes everything on those boxes.

NTL (UPC) have newer boxes now where this doesn't seem to be an issue. Perhaps get on to them about getting one. They are free as a replacement I think.
