What's the objection to the centralised C&C? Is it anything to do with cost cutting and axing of jobs?

Central Command isn't always the way forward, as the Met has discovered with CCC taking over from local control (CAD) rooms. No local knowledge and staff that have no particular loyalty to the officers or area they're working.
