Cant get poker grapher to work.

I have a database with pokertracker trying to get pokergrapher to work.

When i open poker grapher the default screen name is blank and there is nothing in the list. When i click browse player list it says "no players found in this database"

I have the correct database selected so i cant see whats going wrong

Have you set your sn as the default sn in preferences tab in PT?

if you mean the "automatically display my stats,my player ID is:" option then yes i have this selected.

i have a similar problem in that its not reading in any of my new hand history - its stuck on 191 hands for some reason.

found why mine wasn't working - if u have vista, make sure everything is running as administator

Better yet, disable UAC so you don't have to confirm every single action you ever take
