How to block internet radio?

At work on certain days our internet is seriously bogged down.
I always have to go around and ask people to shut down their internet radio streaming.
I'm wondering, is there a handy way to block this traffic?
    We've got a (hardware) Firewall.
I login using Winbox and know my way around a little bit.
    Any help is appreciated.

You could block access to specific sites, if for example they all listening GalwayBayFM.

Failing they, listen to Internet radio on your own PC, then monitor what ports your machine is accessing and then block them.

Block UDP traffic. Stops other stuff too though,

Or block specific ports (outgoing) used by RealMedia and Windows Media (Google on Ports)
