Best value/longest lasting cartridge

I have a Lexmark X3480 and the actual lexmark ink catridges (no.2) don't to last long in the printer before they need replacing. Only managed to get 100 black and white prints from the last cartridge. Can someone recommend a cartridge that lasts than the ones I'm using that is compatible with this printer?
