Dublins (and Louth) first match of the Championship is Sunday week 8th June.Throw in is at 4pm.

We'll be having a beers session in Madigans after the game.
Just turn up and we'll meet there.Anybody interested in going should PM myself,Flukey or Nalced and we'll arrange it from there.

Our first Boards Beers was after the Dublin-Laois game last July and since then we've met a few more boardsies.Always a good laugh.

So if you want to meet up before and after the game, send a PM.

    Cheers.

Win, lose or draw, we'll be there. It won't just be for Dublin games either. As the championship continues, there'll be plenty of matches in Croke Park, so we'll often to be found in Madigans. See you there at some time or other.

Be sure that you do. We'd like to see some more people coming. It'll be a long summer so there will be loads of chances for people to come to our ones and for a few others around the country. We'd like to go national. :)

Yeah I can see it now...Dublin-Louth delayed by 15 minutes but not because the Dubs are in the pub.A helicopter hovers over Croker blowing all the flags and sideline flags and fans hats away and then descends at the halfway line. There's big speculation as to who it is...then out pops an individual wearing a black jacket with a big red hand on the crest and a giant Tyrone flag as a cape and a bottle of bud in his hand.:D:D:D:D:D

Anyone know if this game is going to be broadcast on satellite?

I´m not going to be in Ireland and I want to watch it.

Looking forward to seeing if the Dubs can handle the Louth forwards.

Setanta have the rights across the globe. A genuine Irish bar should have the game on. RTE release the Sunday game on the web every Wednesday after a Championship weekend so the diaspora can view their county. Louth dont stand a chance but in Gaelic Football if a team is motivated and fit upsets can happen, thats why I prefer Football over Hurling.

this is a TV3 job though?

The Sunday Game shows all the highlights, even the TV3 games as evidenced by them showing the hurling action on Sundays show.

I got a Cusack Stand ticket. So it looks like we will be in all parts of Croke Park and then all together in Madigan's. :)
