I am looking for guidance...

Scenario is that I have a few shares in a french company and have been told by broker to sell,move my shares to another broker or get them put into euroclear share certificates (as I am no longer a staff member, part of an employee share option scheme). Shares are at a low (50% down in the last year), i don't want to sell them just yet but I don't want to create a broker account with maintenance fees just to hold onto them?

I was thinking of getting the shares as euroclear certificates, Does anyone know if it is costly to sell these certs at a later stage (12 months)?
