    The Maruzen MP5K GBB.

OK this is a nice little GBB for under 150 bucks.
Its the pistol sized version of the MP5. You can see how much shorter
it is compared to the Cyma AEG also pictured.

This GBB functions flawlessly. No stoppages and emptys a full mag of BB's
out each time on single or full auto without any issues.

It feels Heavy (partially due to the mag) and solid. The Body is made
of ABS with some metal features.
Metal parts include Trigger, Front sight, The Rear sight (but not its housing)
Magazine release catch and butt plate and the magazine itself.

The Blowback bolt is disappointing as it appears the bolt only goes half way back cosmetically when fully cocked. It also does not look good or impressive
It was the thing I was looking forward to the most but also the thing that
let this GBB down the most. Although with that said the gun "sounds" amazing when firing it.

The Top Rail and upper receiver is Plastic and different to the rest of the ABS body. A bit lighter but still sturdy. Its got some trade markings on it.

The Butt plate is metal, My initial idea was to replace this with a solid stock
and make the MP5 into something a bit more mean looking dunno if this will work yet though due to the internals.

A close up of the back site. The Drum is metal but the housing is Plastic.

The Magazine is nice and heavy and all metal. It fills fine and holds onto a lot of gas:

I have not stripped this down completely as I dont know how yet. There are
some pins that are easy to remove that release the butt plate and the lower
handguard trigger area of the GBB. I was going to see if a solid stock would
fit this GBB but as you can see there is a recoil spring so when the gun fires
there would need to be something made up to take the recoil in the solid stock dunno if I am making sense at all let the Pics do the talking....
basically you cant just slap on a stock without modifications....

Here is what I have stripped so far from it:

Breech Block and Slide/Gas Nozzle whatever you want to call em can be seen here, along with the trigger group/pistol grip. Its interesting to notice how the
safety and fire selector switch works.

The Pistol Grip and fore Grip while tough and strong are still Hollow and I would prefer maybe at some stage to fill these to make them feel better.

All in all Nice bit of Kit. It performs well with all Gas that I tried,
It has yet to fail to fire, leak or do anything else bad!.
