    Hi
    I got a fine yesterday sent out in the post to me but the time details are incorrect on the fine at the time that i was speeding . Does this make any difference ?

    Yes, it has been done before, search should throw something up for you.

    For what it's worth ...you admittedly were speeding, but someone took the time down wrong.

    The "manly" thing to do would be to just own up anyway.
