hey, the last few days ive been having 36 hour days. it started by me staying up all night studying for an exam. (which i missed anyway) and ever since ive been stayin up 36 hours at a time. im sleeping like a baby at the end of it all, but is it healthy? i assume it will have an effect on my age, appearance, heart or something anyway because its not natural. has anyone got information on it? or even opinions?

Know that feeling, went to Kent and back for an interview the day before yesterday. Had been awake since I woke up Sunday evening.
Completely fecked up the interview because of it. Went home, slept about 12 hours and didn't sleep last night. It can't be good for you.
