Recommend a florist in Dublin City Please

My sister is living in Dublin and working in the city and I would appreciate it if somebody could recommend a good florist I could use to deliver flowers to her on her birthday. I'm in Clare so I'd like to send her flowers so would appreciate some help on a recommendation for a reasonable but good florist.

We always get our flowers from the Blue Rose in Raheny, it's in the North West. The number is 8328881 dont forget the 01 if you're calling from Clare
