I have just watched the Tom Varney DVD on fox shooting using a Tenderfield whistle. While looking for a source to buy the whistle I found a link on how to make them, not great but watchable. I made 2 and they do work, as in they do whistle don't know yet about on fox.

    I used a 4mm and 5mm size drills for the 2 holes.

What kind of metal did ya use and where did ya source it. Handy little thing to have.

I use a wam caller and its very good but hard to get aloud squeal out of it. On of them would go well with it

Just used a small bit of metal I had here. About business card thick, thicker than a bean tin, easy'ish to bend over but not easy to bend out of shape in use. 40mm x 55mm in size.
I found it easy'er to have the bigger hole on top in use and to nearly put your tounge over the top hole and breath from your lungs sort of, like trying to clean your specticles.
