is my sky box about to kick it

Recently when i turn to stations its flicking to black screen and then back to the picture it may continue to this for while or happen just the the once. Last night it flicked to the black screen and took about 5 min to return to the picture, anyone know if its the box thats about to go or what the problem is.

Check your scart lead, it maybe loose from socket either at back of TV or Skybox.

Otherwise, maybe change it.
