Advice on Property course

    Hi all

Looking for any advice on a part time property course.
I think that my only options are:

4 year degree from DIT (im in Dublin) Property Studies
    or
2 year diploma from College of Estate Mgt in Property Surveying or one of their 4 year degree courses both by distance learning.

I am not a great studyer but have got by on a few other shorter courses in the past, just not sure if Id have the commitment for 4 years.

Has anyone done either of these courses? What is the workload like for DIT- id imagine it is pretty heavy?

And in general how do people find distance learning courses? I know it is down to the individual but do you find it is difficult to make yourself do the work when there is no classes, its all up to yourself.

    Any advice much appreciated. Thanks
    Maz
