Their are 12 of us going to Santa Ponsa on July 19th. Would anyone know some things to do during the day also some good pubs and clubs to go to. We are all aged between 21 and 27.

Ballymun in the sun, don't expect much from the area. Ilsnad itself is lovely but Santa Ponsa is a dive. I was there like 10 years ago. One (awful)night club Fama, one pub that has a foam party and what three other Irish bars(shamrock, dubliner and something else). Fights happened every night. You could go to Magaluff, when I went we went with 15 Irish guys and we were advised by our rep not to go as any group of Irish going in groups had had hassle. Long time ago I know but I've heard from other people since that it was similar. We found that we made the best out of it and there will be loads of young(probably younger than yourselves to be fair) irish people at that time of the year, so there will be a lot of craic and late nights and that stuff. Water polo games were organised durung the day in our hotel. In fairness we had a brilliant holdiay, location is awful though. Try pirates the acrobatic show with booze which was good craic.
