Banned Account

    Hey,
    I'm doing this on behalf of a friend whos account just got banned. I'm not sure what to do.
    Basically he logged in and got a message saying,

    You have been banned for the following reason:
    Re-regged to get around forum ban. Do it again High-pockets and I'll also ban your main account.

    Date the ban will be lifted: Never

    Now the only thing is someones gone and banned my friends actualy account and he has no idea whats going on. That account has been active for quite a while and there is (as far as he knows) know other account with the same isp.

    So who can help me??
