    There's a 24-hr multistory on Merchants Rd/Docks, pretty convenient to the city centre. Not that expensive either to park overnight.

    Was gonna suggest http://www.galwaycity.ie/AllServices/MapZone/CityMapGuide/ in Internet Exploder but that map sucks big time
    Just ask anyone for Jurys Inn at the end of Quay Street, as suggested above

    You can get out of Jury's at any hour of the night - lots of bar staff use it. Not sure if there's a limit on when you can get in.
