New fridge worth while?

I am currently planning a kitchen refurbishment. At the moment I have a 13 year old white Zanussi fridge which works ok except the sign inside always says 'too warm'.

Does anyone know if there have been significant advances in fridges over the last 13 years? I am trying to justify replacing this for a larger integrated fridge, probably a Liebherr.

    Any advice or comments welcome.
    Thanks

I suppose the main difference in modern fridges is that they're more energy efficient. Most are A-rated efficient now.

Liebherr also are known for making good fridges.

Other advances would depend on how much you want to spend. Some have anti-bacterial thingummyjigs (dunno how they work) for example.
