Cider (Bulmers) is the only alcoholic drink I like to drink (maybe the odd pint of guiness in Winter) when out, but I have noticed that the sugar in it is starting to effect my teeth not to mention my booze gut.
What is the difference between Bulmers and Bulmers Light? Is Light just lower in calories or is it suger free?

On a sidenote, i was entrusted with selling Bulmers Light to the public when it first hit the market in summer 2003. Did numerous pub promotions in Limerick City. Trying to sell it to the ladies was akin to selling sand to the arabs. I was frequently met with blank stares and such questions as ''are you suggesting i need to lose weight?'. We had a draw for an egg shaped mini beer fridge too, always fixed of course. Ah the memories.

I don't like Bulmers light at all, it has that artificial taste you get from diet Coke, yuck.

no, just a few dirty stares from overly self-concious females

Supposed to be 7% less than the lite beer. The figures do not add up there for the lite, there is a mistake on the bulmers site, many online calorie figures are incorrect, especially for booze.
