    Team Event

    1. Run by : Mayo Poker Tour

    2. Charity/Commercial/Other : Commercial

    3. Date/Location : Sun. June 15th. The Electric Mouse, Kiltimagh, Co Mayo

    4. Registration/Start Time : Starts 6pm.

    5. Any prerequisites? : Limited to 10 teams of 4 (40 players).

    6. Ticket purchasing details : Must pre register before Sunday, June 15th.

    7. Type of Tournament : NL Texas Holdem Freezeout

    8. Cost of entry/rebuys/top-ups : €400 per team of 4 players.

    9. Reg Fee: €40 per team.

    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund : 100%

    11. Any guarenteed prize pool? : No.

    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels : N/A

    13. Starting Chips : 30,000.

    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts : N/A

    15. Blind levels : 100/200, 200/400.
    300/600, 400/800, 500/1,000, 700/1,500, 1,000/2,000, 1,500/3,000.
    2,000/4,000, 3,000/6,000, 4,000/8,000, 5,000/10,000, 7,000/15,000, 10k/20k

    16. Blind timeframes : 20 mins.

    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash: 70% to Team Event. 30% to individual players.
