I am working on Monday. It is ridiculous in this day and age that they run a Sunday service on a bank holiday, and even for a Sunday the service is ridiculous too. I'm not saying they should have a weekday service, but it should be a lot better than it is. Shocking as it may be to Dublin Bus, there are people in Dublin that want to travel before 9am on Sundays and bank holidays. There may not be as many as on a weekday, but there are enough to justify there being some sort of service.

Fortunately I live close enough to the Luas to be able to use it on Monday to get to work on time. At least they recognise that some people want to travel early on Sundays and bank holidays, and even times that aren't particularly early, but for which Dublin Bus doesn't facilitate. On Monday the Luas starts at 6:45am. It'll be shortly after 9 before I will be using it, but even by then, none of the normal bus routes that I use will be in operation. Madness! The current Saturday service is what should be used for Sundays and bank holidays.
