Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

72 hours off - Nicotine gone from system

    I read somewhere that it takes 72 hours to get over the cold turkey.
    Nicotine is gone after this time.
    only time can remove nicotine.
    In my case, I found this to be broadly true.

    Hang in there for 3 days and nights. You will get through.
    Time is the head wrecker.
    You will find yourself disorientated and counting minutes and hours but after 72 hours it goes away.
    Just say to yourself that you can always go back if you want but you will never know unless you hang on 72 hours.

    maybe I'm wrong but this quit tactic works for me and I'm (was) a serious addict.
