Ya heard me!!

Single bed available from Now until Feb 1st. It's in a big twin room with balcony, one irish lad already in there.

2 of us in the other room aswell. Broadband, tv and all in place. bills come to around 60 quid on top of €325 rent each per month.

Apartment's only 10 - 15 mins from temple bar/o'connell street and right beside 37, 39 buses into town. parralel to luas line also.

easy going, clean, comfortable flat.
