Prepare about 10 questions for you to ask them. During the course of the interview, about 7 of those questions will be answered during the normal run of things. At the end when they say, "Have you any questions?", you'll have the oppurtunity to ask one or two questions.

Make sure you know the ins and outs of the cGLP requirements as this sounds like an important part of the role, and I wouldn#'t be surprised if they ask you about that.

Just stay calm, remember that you're well able to do the job and that you just need to convince the interviewers you'd be good at it.

Be prepared to back up any statements you make about yourself with fact. Eg. "I'm very hard working. I once managed to pull off xyz project with only a week's notice just by focussing my energy and putting in the work." And remember to sell yourself! :D

Some background info on the company, department and products will also be helpful.

    Good luck!

Would those 30 questions I put in my original post and a knowledge of my past work experience be enough not to embaress myself

that would help but you should also research a bit about the company to show that you're interested in working for them
