Wish Sony would get the finger out and release the damn thing over here. Finding it rather annoying we are stuck with Six Axis when its been discountined States side.

Anyone know if I imported an Ameican dual shock 3 woudl it work on a PAL PS3.

Yep, I ordered one from Canada for €38 including postage, the difference in GTA4 when you fire the shotgun or total your car is well worth it.

Bluetooth and USB are set industry standards no need to worry there.

It will work perfectly with all games that support it. Most ps3 games do. It will work with ps2/ps1 games also.

I have 2 dualshocks & I can honestly say I slightly prefer the sixaxis. Ive never noticed the rumble effect when using the dualshock. I checked in gta's setttings & its turned on alright. I prefer the slightly lighter sixaxis.

sister got me one from america, makes a big difference for GTA..

but tbh it's in MGS4 that it's really gonna be utilised properly.. can't wait...

Each to their own I suppose but I prefer the extra bit of weight. The only game I can't really feel the pad rumbling is Assassins Creed.

recieved them today, little over a week with a bank holiday thrown in, not too bad methinks.

they certainly a lot heavier than the regular sixaxis, may take some time getting use to but imo heavy controller = good.

I use mine all the time now ,maybe because it's funky white.
The extra weight is better I think aswell ,glad I bought one.

Got mine yesterday as well and I am quite happy with it.

Its nice to have the rumble back, its only a small thing, but it really adds to the experience.

Just ordered mine from videogamesplus.ca, but in the postcode field they needed four digits so I just put 0015 instead of 15, that'll be ok, right?

I don't think they matter in the slightest, sure we don't even have a postcode in Galway, and just about EVERY site makes you give one so i just put in the telephone area code(091) :D

When will they realise that not every place has them!!...............:D

As a general rule you should put 0000 in as a post code if you have one or not. Include you post code with your street address. It should be ok with what you put in.

Worked for me, I used 0013 and I got mine yesterday. :)
It improves the gameplay a lot plus the weight of the controller is a bit better.
