Hi, i just got an N95 on a new contract from Vodafone and the slider is really loose even when i took it out of box, I've looked online and seen it is a common enough problem but cant ascertain whether its covered under guarantee/waranty or what? Does anyone know or has had the same experience?? Would I talk to Vodafone or nokia?

Its very annoying to pay that much for a phone and it not to be right!!

If it was like that when you bought it then you're entitled to have it changed. Your one problem might be proving you didn't damage it.

Bring it back to the shop you got it in (ASAP!!!), explain the problem and you might be surprised.

go into the store-nice as punch- and tell them what happened, hopefully you only have it a day or that, they'd be able to send it back to the company that distributed the phones as a faulty one when it came into the shop-provided the shop are willing to do it for u

I might ring customer service in the morning and see how i go!!
